This condominium design focused on creating a modern, functional space that feels open, organized, and inviting. By combining thoughtful lighting, high-end finishes, and practical design solutions, the space achieves a bright, luxurious atmosphere. It’s a home where functionality meets style, offering both comfort and timeless appeal.
COUNTY ROAD
This spacious, nature-inspired home combines sleek modern design with effortless simplicity. Bold grey and dark wood tones define the kitchen and mudroom, while soft wood finishes create a calm, minimalist feel in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Designed to embrace the stunning natural views, this home is a perfect balance of style and functionality.
MARGUERETTA
This project reimagined a dated layout into a functional, light-filled space. By opening up the floor plan, adding sleek wall paneling, and using navy and white tones, we created a timeless design with modern functionality. The result? More storage, better lighting, and a fresh, polished look that honors the home’s character.
